Intel GM965 max. CPU support (Please HELP!!!)

Hi everyone!

I have the Toshiba Satellite L300-11G laptop.

I would like to upgrade the CPU.

I searched a little, and at the end of the line is the land that I gave advice on Intel.

Found this laptop Intel PM965/GM965/GL960,,,, ICH8 chipset (do not understand exactly which one).

Currently CPU - Intel Dual Core T2370 1.73GHz, 1Mb, 533MHz.

Please reply to me, can I upgrade to any Core 2 Duo CPU with support Intel Virtualization Technology only for this motherbord.

I will use Virtualization Softwares.
