Intel Game Pass Code not working (1/0 questions asked on survey issue) after purchase of i7-7700hq

I recently purchased a laptop with an i7-7700hq and it came with a gamepass. I waited til I had the laptop to redeem and now that I am trying it gives me the error of the survey being bugged at 1/0 questions and not loading further. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
