Using Windows 11 on the default CPU settings. At the began, crashes repeated one or two time on week. Last three days crashes was frequently every 3 - 10 minutes. Passed CrystalDiskInfo test and Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool without any errors. Temperature stays at 39 - 43 celsium degrees. Today CPU is finally died. Can change BIOS settings, but can't boot Windows 11, Ubuntu 23. Dead freezing on loading screen. Changed GPU, not works. Can't pass memtest86.
Using Deepcool LS520. Changed RAM sticks from KingBank 64 Gb to ADATA 32 Gb, Motherboard from ASUS ROG B660-G to MSI MAG Z-790 WIFI, switched xmp modes and the same problem still occurred.
Changed 13700k to 12400f with all combinations, no any sign of problem. Сonclusion: the unspecified transistors on the 13700k unspecified core is dead. Still I have any recommendations for diagnostics and chance to repair CPU?

What is there to fix? The answer is that there is no warranty. You are out of luck.

I found the solution. Disabling core_3 will supress crashes on the system load:
Test passed:
Also works stable with hyper-threading:
Enabling core_3 certainly triggers crash on system load or memtest86
