I have an Intel NUC5CPYH Mini PC, and when I connect the PSU to the motherboard, the green light on the motherboard doesn't turn on.
The PC also fails to power on after pressing the power button.
I checked the output voltage of the PSU and it's 19V.
I tried BIOS reset, but that doesn't work either.
Why is the green light not turning on after connecting the PSU?

I'm recommending you test with another PSU

Yes, I tried with another PSU, but that didn't work either. I already mentioned that I checked the voltage of the PSU, and it was fine, so there is no point in changing the PSU.
I think the power chip on the motherboard is gone.
