Intel(R) Extreme Tuning Utility doesn`t start

I`ll try to install Intel(R) Extreme Tuning Utility (XTUSetup_7.14.2.14) on my PC ( Asus GL702VSK, Windows 10 PRO 22H2 x64, Intel i7-7700HQ, RAM 16 Gb, SSD Intel 256 Gb ), and start program but it isn`t starting.

Your processor is discontinue, and no longer serviced (as of March 2024):
