Intel RMA Tray CPU Need help

My CPU is not running stably. I have the latest BIOS and the settings recommended by Intel. After checking my CPU numbers, it turned out that this is a tray CPU sold to system builders and resellers. I contacted the vendor and found out that they only offer a 24 month warranty and the warranty ended on February 28 for my CPU. What should I do now? I'm left with damaged hardware that doesn't work as it should and I don't know what I can do now.

Is it normal that Intel offers a 3 year warranty on this cpu and others may limit it to 2 years?

There is no warranty from Intel when purchasing a gray market OEM tray processor.

Intel only provides support and wasrranty only to the system manufacturer/OEM.  So, you should contact your system manufacturer.

Then, your warranty is expired.

Sorry.
