Intel XTU is not installing on Windows 11 for my 14900k

Hi!

I am running 

 

Edition Windows 11 Pro
Version 23H2
Installed on ‎12/‎26/‎2023
OS build 22631.4460
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22700.1047.0

 

For some reason the latest Intel® XTU version 7.14.2.14 wont install on my computer. After accepting the UAC, it just disappears. No other program has issues installing. In fact, the other version designed for the new Core Ultra processors works (well at least starts installing then tells me this is not compatible system of course).
I tried downloading from other pages and the same issue.
Maybe the new Windows update has some issues with it? I disabled AV as well just in case.

Have you tried to install the application in "Run as Administrator"? (Right Click on the installable file, select Run as Administrator)

Yes and I also tried in compatibility mode..nothing makes it work
