Intel XTU reseting to default

Every time I suspend, turn off or restart my computer, the setup on XTU is reseted. And the software itself does not perceives this change, it keeps the setup I've made, so I must apply the default settings and then turn back to my custom settings.

I'm sending a print of my system info.

You have an H processor.  XTU is only for X and K processors.  Sorry, your processor is not supported by XTU.

I'm sorry, but the compatibility list for XTU includes the H family also. It can't do overclock and some others setups in H or U family, but for years I'm used to do undervolting and yes, it worked pretty well for keeping it cooler.

Show me where in the compatibility list below where "H" processors are included:

Also, Intel has disabled undervolting because of security concerns.
