Intel XTU software and Windows 10 issues

Hi guys, I have latest XTU, original Windows 10 Home Edition 64-bit.

My MB is Maximus VIII Hero, CPU i7-6700K ad GPU R9-390X with 15.12. drivers. I would like test XTU benchamrk, but I cant open XTU ...Its strange, I tried reinstall it and it not helped. But I remember, few weeks ago I had XTU opened...Whats wrong? Its any new update to run XTU as new IMEI (if any was relased in last weeks)?
