Intel® Xeon® D-1559 Processor Metal Lid to Green Circuit Board of CPU Bonding Material

For the Intel® Xeon® D-1559 Processor, I need to know what is used for the material that bonds the metal lid to the package. A data sheet of the material would be preferable. Thank you.
