Intel i5 6500 hd 530 always freezing

My system is gigabyte h170n wifi-itx ,ocz agility 3 ssd,kingston furyy 21333 ddr4 mhz 8 gb ram.bios f4c defaults settings.

My Os is win 10.when i installed win64_154014.4352 or win64_154012 screen is freezing in 2 minutes.what can i do,my problem is hardware or software?because my system is new.
