Hi guys,
I have a recent problem where while gaming (Battlefield 1, Fallout 4, Heroes of the Storm), the screen will just freeze/lock up, mouse cursor does not move and there seems to be no keyboard input (for example pressing the numlock or capslock key doesnt light up).
Sometimes a BSOD will display saying "A clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor within the allocated time interval". As far as I know, I havent really done anything to overclock my processor or whatever so I'm really confused as to why this is happening. Also, the processor, RAM, motherboard and GFX are recently bought, around 3 months ago and I fixed them up myself. I've looked into C:\Windows\Minidump and its empty as well.
Here are my computer specs:
Intel i5-6600K 3.50 ghz
Zotac GTX1060 Amp 6Gb
16Gb DDR4 2133mhz
Gigabyte GZ-Z170-D3H (rev 1.0) motherboard
Andyson Bronze 650W PSU
Windows 7 64-bit
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Cheers,
Zack

Hello idriszee,
I do apologize for the delay on my reply.
In regard to your concern, I was unable to find the graphics drivers of the manufacturer or OEM (Gigabyte as per your confirmation).
In the meantime, please try to install our generic graphic driver that might help you.
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26404/Intel-Graphics-Driver-15-45-?product=88345 Intel® Graphics Driver [15.45] (Version: 15.45.10.4542 (Latest) Date: 11/9/2016)
At this moment if the issue persists, my recommendation is to contact the support from Gigabyte, in order to confirm which will be the proper BIOS update that you must install.
Also, to confirm the compatibility of the RAM you are using.

Hi Angie,
Thanks for getting back to me and apologies for my late reply.
I tried installing the Graphics Driver but it wasnt able to go through due to some incompatability.
I have cleaned the fans on my computer and this issue has not happened once, so i'm assuming that its a heat issue due to the amount of dust accumulated.
I think we can close this issue?
Thank you once again for your help!
Cheers,
Zack
