Intel i9 12900k temperature

Can't find the reason why is getting close to the 100 c. I change the settings on the pc and the speed of fans but it keeps going to 95c. The desktop is the slc6200sam of cyberpower

In reference to this scenario, it is important to mention that the T-junction of the Intel® Core™ i9-12900K processor is 100°C, any temperature results below or equal to that value are considered normal and expected:
