Hello

 

i need help please

 

My father bought for me this cpu (pre-ordered but altready paid)

 

Perphas i will reseller it because it is "too much" for my use (surfing on web,social media, video on youtube,movie 4k,word excel) but if i want to keep it and don't oc (stock frequencey),dn't gaming,don't videoeditng....... can i disspate it with a classic single tower four heatpipes capu air cooler ? (cooler master hyper or thermalright)

As you may know already a Z890 motherboard will be required for this CPU.

All Z890 motherboards will implement Intel Basic Settings by default. These settings will suit your intended use.

I think an air cooler could be OK but would recommend something with six heatpipes rather than four. For example the Cooler Master Hyper 622 Halo. One of the reasons is that this should help with lower CPU and case fan speeds, and less fan noise.

i know i have to buy a new motherboard

six heatpipes,since i heard the news of this series is low power consumption i thought four heatpipes

 

it will have a power consumption bigger than,for example,an i3 14100?

According to this Intel page the 265K has a Processor Base Power of 125w, for the i3 14100 it is 60w. Actual power consumption will depend on how the computer is used but a six heatpipes cooler is likely to be a better choice.
