Hello Community members
I have been having tons of errors on my I9 13900k since 7-8 months, In july 2024 when registered the RMA, the service centre did not accept the faulty CPU
Once Intel announced and accepted the problem with 13th and 14th gen CPU's, I re-approached the service centre with the old RMA number
This time they took pictures, details, invoice copies
All the troubleshooting I had done, specs of my desktop
Anyone who can help on how to escalate this issue with Intel - Asia or International, will be really appreciated
