International Warranty - USA to India

I would just like to check if I will be able to claim a warranty from India after buying the processor in the USA. For details :

I will be buying the processor in mid-May from Micro Center in Boston, and will be taking it back to India in June, will this processor be eligible for an international warranty? Please let me know.

I would appreciate it if anyone replying could also give me a link to the article where they're referencing the information, so I have clear-cut evidence that international warranty is or is not applicable in India
