Good afternoon.Prompt why there are interruptions in Windows 2008 r2 sp1. The mouse constantly stops. The set from the keyboard too brakes. It is impossible to work.The system is just established. The driver all are established. In the dispatcher shows jumps on the central processor of 0-9 %
