I bought asus tuf f15 gaming laptop with i7 13620h but people are saying intel have a problem with 13. and 14. gen mobile and desktop cpus should I worry

The 13th and 14th gen issues only involved desktop K, KF and KS processors. Your mobile i7 13620h is not affected and is perfectly safe to use.
