Is my laptop getting to hot?

Is my computer getting to hot? It had randomly shut down 2 time before now? I don't want it to happen again... I didn't have a cooling pad on it because I was trying to see if I didn't have to use it... I noticed this time that computer went up to 81 %? is this normal? I was saving a video and had a lot of tabs open? How can I prevent it from shutting down again when I am working? Also I have a Toshiba Satellite Radius P55W that has Intel Core i5.

Could you please provide more information to better assist you?The model of your PC (windows key + R type msinfo32, hit enter and look for system model):Intel Processor model (can be found in window given in previous step):When did it start? Have you added new hardware to your system?Is the fan of your computing working?Are the exhaust vents of the laptop unobstructed?Have you cleaned the computer recently?Regards,Hellen.
