Is the E5 2680v2 2.8GHz 20M Cache 10Core processor an MCM chip?

Where can I find out if the E5 2680v2 is a multi chip module (MCM) processor. This is related to Oracle Standard Edition processor licensing where the number of processors including MCM require a license.
