- When did the issue happen? is it after a software update, hardware update, driver update, etc.
- What are the troubleshooting steps you already taken to try and resolve the issue?
- Have you already tried the BIOS Microcode update? if yes, what is the make and model of your motherboard and the BIOS version that you updated?

- updated bios to latest firmware to take advantage if microcode update
- Have you already tried the BIOS Microcode update? if yes, what is the make and model of your motherboard and the BIOS version that you updated?
