L3110 and VT-d?

Hi, I have a Tyan Toledo q35T mainboard (S5220) and a Xeon L3110 processor. Tyan says the board supports VT-d but also the processor must be VT-d capable. Is the L3110 VT-d capable? I've searched the intel website but was not able to find any details concerning that question. I want to use this combination for virtualization (and also pci-passthrough) with xen 3.2 or 3.3 - but it doesn't work. How can I check if VT-d is enabled and working? Is there a special cpu flag for VT-d or something else that shows me that everything should be ok?

Accordign to Intel's Spec finder the l3110 is VT enabled:http://processorfinder.intel.com/details.aspx?sSpec=SLGP9

thanks for your reply, but this spec only says that this processor support 'Intel Virtualization Technology'. That could mean a lot of things. VT-d is only a part of it and it's not guaranteed that it's included if Intel is talking about 'Intel Virtualization Technology'.

I remember the requirement for VT-d

1. Chipset with VT-d support.

2. Enable the VT-d in BIOS.

the chipset itself should support VT-d, it's an Intel Q35 chipset. (see http://software.intel.com/en-us/forums/virtualization-software-development/topic/56802/). I have opened another request at Tyan and asked where to enable VT-d. At the bios is only a general 'Intel Virtualization Technology'-option. Don't know if this also enable VT-d.
