LGA2066 Socket cooler installtion hole distance

can anybody tell me is the LGA2066 has the same cooler installation hole distance as the LGA2011?

or is there a white paper for LGA2066?

These two sockets do not have the same hole distance. Unfortunately, I was unable to find any white paper documents for the LGA2066 socket.
