Lack of response on cpu rma

My i9-13900ks went through all testing and updates required by Intel. Intel approved my rma after they had me remove my cpu to prove it matched the numbers on the box. Everything was approved I even have the case number. But after that I have zero communication even after multiple follow up emails. I never received my e-label email to return the cpu for replacement. This is my work pc and I'm going on 5 days with no communication with your own policy stating the e-label will be sent within 24 hours. I've been a long time Intel Customer and I understand a mistake was made with these cpus. But now leaving customers who paid a lot of money for your cpu in the dark with non functionl computers is becoming unacceptable. Someone please fix this situation.
