Livin K. in customer support don't answer for half of a week about Refund

I have problem with my i7 14700k and mr. Livin said, that i need to send him invoice and i will get moneyback. But after i sended invoice i got ignored already for 3 days. How i can fix my problem faster? I can't stream with my broken CPU and i am losing my money because of this.
