Manufacture error?

Picked up this from Bestbuy yesterday and spotted something interesting! All manufacture seals are intact. I could return it and order a new one. Should I just open and install it as normal?

Why did you even purchase it?  Did you not notice the packaging when you held the item at Best Buy?

Sounds like a case of buyer's remorse.  If you do not trust what is in your hand, take it back to Best Buy.
