Minimum Cooling for I9 13900kf

Hello Community,

I am planning on building a rig with the I9-13900KF and heard a lot of rumours that it is overheating quite often. Sometimes having regularly 100° under load.

I found an offer with a Silent Base 500 ATX with 360mm water cooling in front (Thermalright Frozen Notte 360) and a 140mm Pure Wings 2 in the back. Also a 4070 TI.

I was wondering if this is sufficient? I do not have much knowledge so i wanted to ask here before I go for a solution that might be bad.

Thanks in advance.
