An i3 12th gen processor that also has an additional i5 14th gen label on it??? How did this happen? I had to return this...

Hi, this was purchased through Amazon. Seller is Intel. It was not a replacement, it was for a new pc build.

Since you bought the item from Amazon and you found out the error as soon as you remove it from the packaging, please return the item to Amazon using their return policy.

Hi, this situation is escalating.... I returned, but was refused a refund. The box was never opened. I could see that the wrong cpu was present through the plastic cover. Very upset right now. Please look at this ridiculous picture and address this issue with Amazon's Intel store!
