saw a Xeon processor on eBay with missing transistors. The seller has assured me that it works and has been tested plus they have a solid rating. Can a processor work with missing transistors?
It is better not to take the risk of buying a processor with missing electronic components. I suggest looking for an authorized distributor at http://locate.intel.com/http://locate.intel.com/ where you could find a reseller or retailer near your area.
