My Ghz is capped to 0,78

So i have this Lenovo G710 and my Ghz is max 2,27 but capped 90% of the time to 0,78 or 0,76. This laptop worked great but one day this just happened. Any help with this?

Intel HD Graphics

8GB RAM

Check the power options of the operating system. Also I recommend you to consult with your laptop manufacturer if it is possible to reset the BIOS settings of the motherboard. Perform the test using the power adapter.
