My Window Xp Pro Can't Recognized Intel Core i5 650 3.2Ghz, WHY?

this is happen when i using program or application like alcohol 120..gaming benchmark..it not show as intel i5 650 but show as intel pentium II..why this happen..it that this afected my performance of my pc..i want to know it that possibility a window update might i need to fix this..if possible can u give me how could i download..tq

I think the problem here is more likely in the benchmark software then the OS. Try getting an update to the benchmark software, or check that vendors forums for similar cases.

problem suddenly solved by chnged the port for my grafic card and install the microsoft visual basic..tq
