Hello,
My pc is not performing upto its full potential specially processor,i play games like valorant and counter strike 2 and i am getting 30 to 40 fps in counter strike 2 on low settings and around 70 to 80 fps in valorant also on low settings.I tried everything disabling background apps ,disabling v-sync,high performance mode etc everything.
My PC specs are:
Core i3-10100
MSI H510m motherbard
GTX 1070 8GB
16 GB 2666MHZ RAM

Furthermore, were Valorant and Counter-Strike 2 working fine before? If yes, have you made any changes before the issue occurred?
