I own a 10i7FHN2 NUC that I purchased in September 2020.
The day before yesterday, my computer froze on a simple Windows screen and I was forced to shut it down because it no longer responded to keyboard or mouse input.
Since then, it hasn't turned back on. Or rather, every time I try to turn it on, I hear the sound of the fan for 3–4 seconds, and then nothing. The led on the power button at the front stays off.
I tried disconnecting all USB peripherals and removing the two 16GB RAM sticks, then reinserting them one at a time, but nothing changed. I haven't touched the CMOS battery because I'm not very experienced.
I attach a photo of the inside, with the serial numbers of the components removed out of caution; in the photo, you can see that since the power supply is connected, there is an LED that's lit, although I don't know what kind of LED it is.
Can you tell me what might be causing this issue, and if there's an Intel support center where I can send it for repair? I live in Italy. Thank you.

1. Remove the the yellow BIOS Security Jumper (see fig. 16, page 33 in the Technical Product Specification), reinsert the RAM and try to power ON your NUC.
2. You may check the voltage of the CMOS battery, after disconnecting the battery connector (item C, fig.12, page 23 in the TPS).
3. Please find the information for the NUC service in Italy.

Thank you for your help. I removed the jumper but nothing changed.
Are you sure the NUC is produced by Asus? Because when I try to open a RMA request, it does't recognize its serial number.

As I said in my post, ASUS provides "SUPPORT" for your NUC now. Intel has transferred all nuc product support to ASUS and ASUS is now making new NUCs.

I contacted Asus. After providing all the details of my purchase, they replied that the warranty on my NUC is only 39 months, while my purchase was made 57 months ago, so no warranty replacement is possible.
But this is somewhat expected. So I asked to ship my NUC for out-of-warranty repair.
But they replied me that they only handle warranty replacements and do not perform any kind of repairs. THey suggested me to "try to contact any unathorized shop"...
What a sad end for my NUC.
