NUMA nodes on a Haswell EP E5 V3 with cluster-on-die

Hi,

How many NUMA nodes are on a Haswell EP E5 V3 with cluster-on-die QPI snoop mode disabled? I'm fairly sure it's one, but just want to confirm as there is quite a lot of misinformation on the Internet about this.

Cluster on Die divides a single processor into two NUMA domains if you disable it you only have one.
