Need a confirmation. Please Help

I was offered a netbook that came with intel celeron N2920U (dual core).

The thing is i have 2 question

1) Are intel celeron N2920U exist? (i know that it have N2920) but is there a "U" version. how come i connot see it in "ark intel.com"

2) Are intel celeron N2920 (u or not) have dual core or quad core?

I just need an confirmation before buying the netbook. i attach the picture below for reference.

As you say the U version is not showing up on ARK but I am going to research on this and I will be back soon with the answer.

Based on my research I have no records of this processor so I think this may have been a mistake.
