Need changes for Intell i7 based Windows 10, 64bit ver 22H2 version

Hi,

I downloaded all the necessary drivers and software before the support for this version of Windows was stopped by Intel.

I have changed all the drivers and Intel assist tells me that there are no else is available.

However apart from drivers an number of services were also installed. One of them had an initial value that alerted me that it was no longer needed but there are others.
It is not clear which ones are still needed and/or which one have alternate later version are available from Microsoft or manufacturers of the device instead of Intel now old version.

I asked someone in Microsoft community but the answer was quite confusing. I just want to know at least if there are services installed that I can do without and how to uninstall and deleted them from the registry as well because the size of the registry is getting silly large now and this is after cleaning it.

So, I wonder if someone can help me get rid of some of the unnecessary stuff that while might not be doing any harm, there are no longer needed.

So, I am sending a list of Intel services as show in services. Some of them I have already disabled. I would like to know there rest. I am not quite sure which service came with management and when support is stopped it is not clear which bit.
I have the same problem with Dell. The vault is not longer supported but there is no application by that name and therefor it must have been part of something else but which bit.
So, I am just saying it is not just Intel, rest are the same.

Thanks. If you need any other information let me know.

Hi Babakkam,

Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.

After reading your post, it seems that you are trying to clean your computer for items that you do not utilize, so it will work faster, which is a good practice.

After seeing your screenshots, it seems you have disabled the things that are not commonly utilized by systems, but there are others that can still be removed depending on the answers that you will provide on our questions below:

1. Do you have a RAID setup on your machine?

2. Do you have Intel Optane?

3. Does your machine still have the Intel Graphics Control Panel, or do you now have the Intel Graphics Command Center?

4. It would really help us if we can get more information about your system. Please download and run our Intel® System Support Utility from this page. To run it, please press "Scan". After the scan is finished, click next and there will be a save button, giving you an option to save the logs to a text file, please do so and attach the file on your reply. You can refer to How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows* for instructions.

5. Apart from our presumption above, may we know why you want to get rid of the unutilized services?

Awaiting your response.
