Hello team, I need help.

I bought a game called New World and I'm playing it with all the low graphics possible and a low resolution and after sometime my computer freeze completely that I can't even go to desktop, I have to restart it pressing the button.

I can't understand why this happens because I played for years The Elder Scrolls Online that is very similar in graphics and the computer never crashed like this, I really can't understand what is the problem.

I will upload my sistem information got it by  Intel® System Support Utility.

Hope you can help me to find the problem

I have:

Intel i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20GHz

Windows 10 Home

64 GB of RAM

Geforce GTX 1050 Ti

Hello Bl4ckFir3,

Thank you for posting on Intel Community Forum.

I understand that you're looking to fix the problem that you're having with New World. Please share the information below for me to address this correctly.

1. How were you able to determine that the issue is with the processor?

2. Are you using iGPU while playing the game?

3. Is the issue isolated to New World?

4. Which game distribution platform are you using (Epic Games, Steam, etc.)?

5. Please share a screenshot of the error message.

I look forward to your response.
