Hi all ,as per the title .What is the best way for me to protect/stop degradation of this new processor until the new update ? It is an i7 14700k ,should I run it at PL1 and PL2 220 wats and lower the amps to 250 ?

In that case, in addition to lowering AC_LL and putting a negative offset, I would also lower the turbo ratio just to be extra safe.

Are you still experiencing instability issue even after RMA? I think the best way to do is to set it into intel default settings while microcode is not officially released apart from that... I think some of the board manufacturer has this update in their websites... Mines work so far no issue before using this rmaed cpu

Setting the IA VR Voltage Limit to a reasonable value is probably the best you can do until the microcode is released. For more about this, check out Buildzoid's videos:
