No display after processor change

I have an old pc and recently changed my processor. But after changing the processor system is not booting and no display or any beep sound.

My system details

D945GNT mother board

BIOS version 3528

RAM 4GB (2+2)

processor P4 630  3.00  GHz

OS  WIN 7

I have replaced the Pentium 4 processor with PENTIUM D 820 with 2.8G.Hz and then started the problem. As per the INTEL support documents pentium D is compatible with D945GNT mother board with a bios version of 2706 and above. I have tried pentium D with different RAM memory combinations, checked all the cables, applied new coat of thermal paste and finally CMOS battery reset .But the result is that processor fan is spinning normally, mother board green LED glowing,HDD LED not blinking and no display on the screen no beep sound. But everything work fine once I put back the old PENTIUM 4.

will there be any problem in replacing with reduced speed of processor? or any BIOS configuration to be done. please help

No, no issues with lower speed and no configuration changes necessary. You likely have a dud processor.

Sorry,
