I have done some testing and I dont know if its my cooler not being set right or if this is normal temps. Running cinibench R23 these are my stock temps average 84 with max 91. Odd thing is when I do a little overclock somehow the temps are slightly better?? E core 4.8 ache 4.0/d2d 3.1/NGU 3.1
Average 84 max 89. I just want to know if this is normal temps something just seems off or I could be wrong. Maybe my cooler isnt set corrent or not good it is a 360 AIO. I have the pump on max and for referance I have king 95 PRO montech case.

Hello AustinTech,

Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.

After thoroughly reviewing the issue, it appears to be related to the motherboard's BIOS power management settings. I strongly recommend consulting with your motherboard OEM to check for any additional power settings or limitations in the BIOS that may need adjustment or disabling to enable the CPU to achieve its full performance.

I will proceed with closing this case/thread now.
