Number of processors in i5-2520M

Can anyone tell me how many processors there are in i5-2520M? I'd like to use the info to change the advanced boot settings in Windows 7. And by the way, does it drastically increase the speed in Windows 7 by changing the number of processors?

If you try reading about "SSD Optimization" it is suggested that you should set the number of processor in the boot menu to maximum. You might get a slight increase in startup speed but not really too significant.

I couldn't find anything about "SSD Optimization" in the link you sent me, but when it is suggested that you should set the number of processor in the boot menu to maximum, I guess in my case it would mean setting it = 2? Or should I set it to the maximum (4) available in the dropdown menu?
