I am asking a pretty general question but it does pertain to Intel. First, can I make a prototype for programming an OS for a device using a motherboard and chipset that I can just specify later? Like, can I just buy a motherboard and then, when I specify the specs of the custom board for my device, can I just require that it have the same chipset and stuff. Also, where can I even buy custom parts to build the device? And I need the i3-350m but I can't find it.
