Hello There!

Im Alex and i have a problem: i need to overclock a locked cpu. i have a old laptop with a locked cpu but the max ghz it can achieve is 1.9ghz and in task manager the cpu just stays at 1.9ghz and at 100% its a bit laggy. i dont want to trow this laptop out of any windows. So im asking if its posible to somehow unlock the cpu. Im already running windows 10 and Using allotta of tweaks. Just if u want to know i have a i3 4030u. the heat is no problem bc i think the fans are broken and they are always spinning around 100%. also im using 2 stick of 8g ddr3 and a sdd.

Hope u can help me out.

Kind regards,

Alex

Your processor cannot be overclocked.

You need a new(er) laptop, something with an 8th gen or later cpu.  Note that only X and K processors can be overclocked.
