Pc won't turn on.

OK. So what happened is I tried to clean up my CPU fan ( stock cooler/fan from I5 9400f ), and when I put it back on the CPU, my PC won't stay on for more than a second.

Did you replace the thremal paste?

Were you able to "lock" the fan back in place?

Did you plug the fan back in?
