so i have comp from lenovo and using IGP of gma 3100 (not x3100)

and as i look into cpu upgrade for my mobo,

cpu-z shows P35/G33/G31 and wiki says these three uses gma 3100

then i searched chipset on intel which shows that i can run core 2 duo or quad (running pentium dual core here...)

i want to upgrade e7500 from e2200 i have...

will i be able to use e7500?

I am running Lenovo 3000 H210 but since this is old model, i dont see any site that tells supported cpu by bios....

You need to contact Lenovo* so they can provide you a list of fully supported processors for your Lenovo* system.

Please keep in mind that the compatibility between the processor and the motherboard is determined by the motherboard manufacturer, not by the processor or chipset manufacturer.
