Problemas no microfone

Olá, Estou com um problema no microfone do meu notebook, quanfo faço o teste no skype não consigo ouvir a minha gravação de voz, somente chiados e só consigo fazer transmissões de vídeo e audio com um microfone esterno. O que pode ser?
