Processador Intel i7 apresentando falhas !!!

Olá estou com o seguinte problema, processador Intel i7 10700 apresentando tela azul, foi feito todos os testes porém o defeito consta no processador . Ele fica um tempo ligado e apresenta a tela azul no windows .
Um outro amigo meu, o processador parou de funcionar do nada e não funcionou mais .
