Processor Upgrade

i have hp motherboard 1905 in which i am running intel core i5 4690 4th gen. can i upgrade to it's upper gen. or processor like i7?

You must contact the system.motherboard manufacturer and ask them what processors are  supported by their bios.  Then, you can select from those.
