am having a problem that my first motherboad i got for this CPU they said the A2 channel was bad but pc would alway boot in safe mode on B1,B2 theysaid it was a bad motherboard so i returned it and ended up getting a new motherboard so now that i got it installed and now A1,A2 still not working but if B1,B2 does boot up and i can play game with no problem but i only can run single channel.. is this a bad motherboard or bad CPU

Thank you for posting in the communities. I need more information to help you with your setup. When you mention BI,B2, A1 and A2, are you referring to memory slots? Kindly also please share with us the part number of the memory that you are using. Just to confirm as well, were you able to setup before the dual channel configuration with the RAM module that you have? The reason that I am asking this is because if you are aiming for a dual channel configuration, the Memory and Motherboard are the two important considerations.

hello sorry for this late response but i ended up getting a new CPU cause the one i had had a bad memory controller that why it was not reading the ram slots correctly
