Processor error or not and how do i fix that?

I have laptop with 2 graphic card intel and nvidia but my nvidia graphic card seem doesnt work on intel processor i mean when i used to ran program the processor speed was only 0.70GHz but when i used intel hd 4000 the processor performance increased to 2.40GHz how do i fix that?

Laptop Spesification : Acer Aspire V5 471 PG

Processor Intel i5 3337u

Ram 4 GB

Graphic Cards Intel HD 4000 & Nvidia 710m

OS Windows 10 ( this problem also happened in windows 8 & 8.1 I already tried them)

Your best support will be with your computer manufacturer; this depends how the have built the system, check with them if there is an option in the BIOS to set that up or if there is a BIOS update or something similar to fix it.
